Overview
Sohê-rëthî Bî was founded durring the late 19th century in late summer of the year 1871, by Fyêbmtco Trgarega. The establishment of Sohê-rëthî Bî was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Fyêbmtco Trgarega struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Sohê-rëthî Bî as a prison colony.
Sohê-rëthî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 19th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sohê-rëthî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Sohê-rëthî Bî is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow flagstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Sohê-rëthî Bî's size could have. Sohê-rëthî Bî's well-designed, yet cheep has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Sohê-rëthî Bî is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Sohê-rëthî Bî. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Sohê-rëthî Bî a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Sohê-rëthî Bî's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
In Sohê-rëthî Bî sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
Sohê-rëthî Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves drinking to channel Necromancy energies of tier 3 via moments of science.
